1 Who We Are

Antigha ("we," "us," "our") is a Nigerian digital services business providing lead qualification infrastructure and related consulting services for real estate professionals. By booking a call, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2 Diagnostic Calls

The free diagnostic call is a consultation service provided at no cost with zero obligation to purchase. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet our client criteria.

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. Please show up on time — missed calls without prior notice will not be automatically rescheduled.

3 Paid Services

If you proceed with a paid engagement, the specific scope, pricing, and deliverables will be agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is required before system build commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not offer refunds on completed installations unless a material deliverable was not provided as agreed in writing.

4 Intellectual Property

All templates, scripts, frameworks, and systems we build are customised for your use. You may not resell, redistribute, or licence them to third parties without our written consent.

Our brand assets, website content, and documentation remain our intellectual property.

5 Results Disclaimer

We build and install qualification infrastructure. Results — including inspection rates, conversion rates, and commission outcomes — depend on how you use the system, your listing quality, your market conditions, and your own follow-through.

We make no guarantee of specific financial results.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific engagement.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
